The STEPS programme

The STEPS programmes is available through the Dublin North West Area Partnership to adult learners, service users and community groups across the Dublin 7,9 & 11 areas.

The STEPS programme is a twenty four hour programme, which take place over eight three hour sessions, which assists participants to recognise and reach their potential through a series of workshops covering:

  • how our beliefs, attitudes, habits and expectations affect our performance
  • decision making processes
  • controlling self- talk
  • motivation
  • visualisation
  • goal-setting
  • affirmation writing


The programme will be delivered in The Loft, Dowth Avenue, Cabra Dublin 7 from late September, one morning per week over eight weeks from 9.30am to 12.45pm.
