Cabra For Youth

CABRA for Youth is a community-based, independent youth service. They work with young people aged 10-24 years living in the greater Cabra area.
They offer young people in Cabra an environment that is fun, safe and supportive.
Where they engage in programmes based on their needs and interests.

They want active participation from young people from the Greater Cabra Area who are:

  • At risk,
  • Vulnerable,
  • And/or marginalised within our community.

Al-Anon Ireland

Al-Anon offers understanding and support for families and friends of problem drinkers in an anonymous environment, whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not. If you would like further information on groups, contact us for further details.

Ask About Alcohol has been created by the HSE to ensure there is a source of trusted, evidence-based public information and health advice about alcohol in Ireland. It is also designed to work in tandem with public health legislation and planned regulatory changes on alcohol labeling, availability and pricing

Cabra Community Policing Form

Cabra Community Policing Forum was established in 2004 by the local Drugs Task Force and is an action based problem solving partnership between Dublin City Council, An Garda Síochána and the local community to make the forum area a safer place for those who live, work and visit the area.

National Family Support Network

Family Support Network

The National Family Support Network is an autonomous self-help organisation that respects the lived experiences of families affected by substance misuse, in a welcoming non-judgemental atmosphere. The National Family Support Network primarily supports the development of family support groups and networks throughout the island of Ireland.
